The plain rules for using PoolStats. Short, because the app is simple.

Agreeing to these terms
By creating a PoolStats account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
The service
PoolStats lets you record pool matches and practice sessions and turns them into statistics. The service is in early access: features may change, be added, or be removed as it grows toward a full launch. We work to keep your data safe and the service available, but early access software comes without uptime guarantees.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person, please.
Your data
The matches and practice sessions you record are yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the app can work, as described in the privacy policy. When you record a match that involves another player, enter only truthful details, and only details that player would be comfortable with.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service. That means no attempts to break into accounts or systems that are not yours, no scraping or overloading the service, no entering false or offensive information about other people, and nothing unlawful.
Plans and payment
PoolStats offers a Free plan alongside the paid Pro and Gold plans. See the plans for what each includes. Prices and billing terms are shown clearly before any payment is taken, and paid time you have already bought is always honored. During early access, plan contents and prices may still change.
Ending an account
You can stop using PoolStats at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and where reasonable we will warn you first.
Liability
PoolStats is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data beyond what we can reasonably control. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law grants you that cannot be limited by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and disputes belong to the courts of Athens, unless the consumer law of your country grants you a different venue.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
